PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are fully inclusive in Pounds Sterling and include all utilities (gas, electricity and water) used and the supply of bed linen and towels. Please note that beach towels are not included. Payment may be made in cash or cheque.
CONFIRMATION AND RESERVATIONS
Once the deposit of £100 is received we will send you an email confirmation which is our formal acceptance of booking. We regret that deposits are non-returnable.
This should be the balance of the full booking charge and should be paid no later than six weeks prior to your arrival date. If the balance is not received by this date we will be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice to our claim for cancellation charges. For bookings made within six weeks of the start of your holiday, the full cost of the holiday should be paid at the time of booking.
In order that the cottage can be thoroughly cleaned between lets please be aware that holidays commence at 3pm on the date of arrival until 11am on the date of departure.
If you wish to cancel a booking you should advise us by telephone and confirm by email. In all cases of cancellation the deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made after the final payment is due you are liable for the full cost of your holiday. We will, however, use our best endeavours to re-let and if successful, will refund the final payment.
The cottage is furnished and equipped for holiday use and will not accommodate more than the stated number of beds. It is appreciated that tenants take good care of the property and leave it in good order as found and that the named person on the initial booking will be held responsible for any breakages. We have a no smoking policy and guests are expected to respect this.
