By car from the South: Take the A1 6 miles North of Berwick-upon-Tweed and turn right onto the A1107 signposted to Eyemouth and Coldingham following the road for 5 miles. Once in Coldingham take the road signposted St. Abbs and the cottage is the painted grey, wonky one on the left 3 doors before the Spar shop opposite the antiques shop.
By car from the North: Drive down the A1 to the Cockburnspath roundabout. One and a half miles after the roundabout go left onto the Berwickshire Scenic Route A1107 to Coldingham for 8 miles. Once you've entered the village turn left to St. Abbs t the bottom of the hill and Douglas Cottage is the grey painted wonky one on the left opposite the antiques shop.
By train: Virgin East Coast train to Berwick-upon-Tweed or Dunbar.
