Open plan living/dining room area: Living room with LCD TV and DVD player, two comfortable sofas and a window seat with lovely views. Adjacent to this is a large dining area which will accommodate 8-10 people at the table. 

Kitchen

You will find a wide range of  cooking and serving utensils in this well equipped kitchen with cupboards for your own food supplies. The oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine are all built in plus freestanding microwave.

Bedrooms

DOUBLE OR TWIN

All bedrooms are furnished to the same high standard, with colour co-ordinated linen and towels. The two upstairs bedrooms, with fantastic views of the bay, can be split into either twin or double beds and have ample storage. They share a large bathroom with power shower over the bath. The downstairs bedroom has a double built in cabin bed, opposite is a shower room with WC. A travel cot is available for use, for which personal bedding should be supplied

OUTSIDE RETREAT & BBQ

The landscaped area to the rear of the house leads directly onto the beach. The lockable garden shed stores games equipment such as croquet, cricket and table tennis and can easily accommodate golf clubs and bikes. A barbeque and good sized table and chairs are also present.

There are two bathrooms, both fitted with power showers, heated towel rails and shaver sockets. 

Porch

HANG UP YOUR COAT

There is generous hanging space for coats in the porch leading to the patio garden. The utility cupboard is adjacent with a washer/dryer.
